Monday

Moderate Flow with Kat 4:00pm - 5:00pm

A sweet, moderate class to propel your beginning of the week momentum. Sometimes we will find the continuous movement of flow and other times we will draw back and melt into stillness.

As always, breath in its connection to movement or stillness will play a large role in this class.

Steady Flow with Kat 5:45pm - 7:00pm

A 75-minute practice seeking to ground you in your physical body and the innate wisdom within.

This class is a steady flow (expect to move & generate heat but not go overboard) that is first and foremost breath-focused but also infused with attention to transitions and creative movement.

Tuesday

Myofascial Movement with Steph 9:00am - 10:15am

Do you want to move with more ease in your body?

Using different props to assist with self myofascial release (blocks, massage balls, foam rollers) coupled with Steph’s unique athletic training perspective; you will be able to ease tension in the body, decrease injury, improve balance, and enhance movement awareness to move through your day joyfully & pain free. 

Wednesday

Wake Up & Flow with KAe
6:00am - 7:00am

Ease into the early morning and settle your mind, body, heart and spirit. Ground into your breath with a gentle opening vinyasa. Play and engage with your whole self as you connect to the present moment. The heart of our practice together will be a series of meditative vinyasas centered around chakra-balancing postures to clear your mind and set your pace for the rest of the week.

Yinyasa with KAe
5:45pm - 7:00pm

Settle into your breath and surrender into opening yin postures, accessing deep connective tissues and challenging yourself to stillness and release. Some breath work will quicken the pace and welcome in warmth and movement to further open up the body, find your rhythm and flow into the yang practice.

Finish with some restorative postures and ease into savasana.

Slow Flow with Helen

A gentle flow class to bring calm and quiet to your mind through connection of movement to breath.

Create space in your day to cultivate strength and compassion.

Yoga & Live Music with Rotating Teacher
5:45pm - 7:00pm

A blending of creative magic!

Yoga can be an opportunity to move creatively in your body, & what better way to spark your creativity than with the invitation of live music from local musicians!

Teachers & musicians will rotate on a weekly basis.

Saturday

Beginners Yoga with Kat 9:00am - 10:15am

This class offers guidance on foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques in the context of helping you tune into your body in a supportive environment.

Sometimes we will pause to talk about a posture, movement or modification; questions are welcome and encouraged

Suitable for those new to yoga, returning after a hiatus in their practice or anyone looking for a great way to start their weekend!

Sunday

Meditation & Movement with Bruce

9:30-10:30am
$5-$10 sliding scale

A weekly reset for the mind and body led by licensed massage therapist Bruce Elliot.

Unwind your mind and dissolve physical tensions that have built up over the course of the week.

Bruce will offer some guiding thoughts and movements and then allow space for inward listening, exploration, and inspiration.

Restorative Yoga with Katie 4:00pm - 5:15pm

Using props to support gentle poses, Restorative yoga focuses on relaxing the body and mind through stillness and slow, mindful movement. Enjoy a respite from our fast-paced modern world and spend your Sunday evening cultivating a sense of calm and quiet before jumping back into your busy week. Suitable for all levels.

Sunday Stretch with James 5:45pm - 7:00pm

Close out your weekend and get ready for your week with this Hatha style class. Class starts with slow, easy stretches and simple breathing techniques to wake the body and center the mind. Steadily moving through practice and mindfully holding postures, class will wind down with a peaceful savasana, leaving you renewed for the day.

Individual & Couples $55/60 MINUTES

Group (3+people) $20/person
