We offer classes for yoga and essential oils. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please arrive early to ensure your spot.

Monday

Mindful Monday
9am – 10:15am

This class is an opportunity to bring awareness and alignment to your life through mindful movement and breathing. Poses and sequences are gentle to moderate to build strength and flexibility. This practice is for all experience levels.

Steady Flow with Kat 5:45pm - 7:15pm

A 90-minute practice seeking to ground you in your physical body and the innate wisdom within. This class is a steady flow (expect to move & generate heat but not go overboard) that is first and foremost breath-focused but also infused with attention to transitions and creative movement.

Tuesday

Self Care with Steph 9:00am - 10:00am

Do you want to move with more ease in your body?

This class will lengthen, strengthen and relax the body. Using different props to assist with self myofascial release (blocks, massage balls, foam rollers); you will be able to ease tension in the body, decrease injury, improve balance, and enhance movement awareness to move through your day joyfully & pain free. 

Essential Oils Open Studio 5:30pm - 6:30pm *free*

This is a time to pop in & learn about essential oils from basics to specific questions you might have. Come solo or bring a friend, all are welcome.

Wednesday

Gentle Yoga with Katie
9am – 10:15am

A practice that is appropriate for anyone that desires to slow down and nourish their body with gentle movements. Another great option for yoga beginners.

Midweek Vinyasa with Shae
5:45pm - 7:15pm

Mid-week all levels vinyasa flow helping you connect body with breath and come home to yourself. Let yourself be surrounded by soothing beats while you experience a creative and eclectic flow each week to discover new ways to breathe and move, learn to listen to, accept and nurture mind, body and spirit.

Thursday

Slow Flow with Helen
5:45pm - 7:15pm

A gentle flow class to bring calm and quiet to your mind through connection of movement to breath. Create space in your day to cultivate strength and compassion.

 

Friday

Yinyasa with Kellianne
9:30 - 11:00am

Class will begin with breath work and a few yin style postures to land and settle in the body; then slowly progress from these longer held postures to more dynamic, flowing movements to warm and challenge the body and mind. Students are encouraged to explore what movements feel good in their bodies and create their own authentic practice.

Yoga & Live Music with Rotating Teacher
5:45pm - 7:00pm

A blending of creative magic! Yoga can be an opportunity to move creatively in your body & what better way to spark your creativity than by the invitation of live music from local musicians! Teacher & musicians will rotate on a weekly basis. Check Facebook, Instagram or our calendar to find out who is teaching and who is playing!

Saturday

Beginners Yoga with Kat 9:00am - 10:15am

Step onto the mat for the first time, or after some time away. This class offers guidance on foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques in the context of helping you tune into your body in a supportive environment. Questions are welcome and encouraged!

Suitable for those new to yoga, or anyone looking for a great way to start their weekend!

Sunday

Sunday Stretch with James 9:00 am - 10:30am

Start your Sunday morning with a class to get you ready for your day and your week! This Hatha style class starts with slow, easy stretches and simple breathing techniques to wake the body and center the mind. Steadily moving through practice and mindfully holding postures, class will wind down with a peaceful savasana, leaving you renewed for the day.

Stillness & Movement with Bruce

A Sunday morning meditation followed by free movement to recorded music.

Restorative Yoga with Katie 4:30pm - 6:00pm

Restorative Yoga is like a warm candlelit bath, a cozy fire on a winter’s evening, or a box of your favorite chocolates: pure bliss. Using props to support gentle poses, Restorative yoga focuses on relaxing the body and mind through stillness and slow, mindful movement. Enjoy a respite from our fast-paced modern world and spend your Sunday evening cultivating a sense of calm and quiet before jumping back into your busy week. Suitable for all levels.
