This 75-minute morning hot class will kick off your weekend right. We will balance steadiness and strength while challenging our endurance in a heated environment.
This class is best enjoyed by those with some experience in a yoga or other movement setting. You can expect to find creative transitions, strengthening poses, longer holds and a challenging moment or two in this class to help you build strength and resilience as we explore the link between body, mind and breath.
