Movement Fusion

This class draws on multidisciplinary movement modalities and oftentimes ground-up sequencing to provide you with an accessible movement practice.

Building blocks of shapes and movements are introduced progressively and linked together in the context of familiar yoga postures as a flow or peak posture before winding down into relaxation. You can expect to challenge your mobility, strength, and flexibility in a sustainable manner while gaining greater body literacy. Class may vary week to week depending on students’ requests and needs.

This class is appropriate for people who can get up and down off the floor easily and have some yoga/movement practice background. If you are curious about this class but new to moving in a yoga setting, please send Kat a message.
