Rise with Resilience

This 60 minute early morning class will move you with fluidity, gradually through micro movements and alignments into familiar yoga poses. The class will begin with gentle warming movements and step by step alignments before bringing it all together to find strength and ease in each pose.

This class is meant to energize you for your day with an increased sense of resilience, preparing you for whatever the day will bring.
