If you're new to heated yoga, still building your strength and stamina, are taking a rest day from vigorous workouts, or just need to move and stretch, then this class is for you! Join Tracy for grounded, meditative movement. We'll deliberately move into and out of postures, focusing on the journey and reflecting on how our bodies feel in each shape. Class will include warm ups, standing poses, practice with balance and transitions, and cool down with gentler movements and longer holds. We'll flow (slowly!) sometimes, do breathwork sometimes, and always use movement and breath to relax and release tension.
