All bodies and hearts are welcome in this class to practice slow yoga together. Enjoying the diffuse and gentle warmth from the room’s infrared heat panels can bring benefits to the musculoskeletal, circulatory, and nervous systems. You can come and just lay down the entire time for recovery and self-connection. The intentional pace of this class allows for more spacious transitions. Practicing together can be very supportive in building community, generating community care, and nourishing the ideal of self-compassion. Come as you are!
