Our Monthly Community Class happens every second Saturday form 9 - 10 am. This class is by donation with proceeds going to a specially selected local organization.

In this workshop students will craft a daypack-sized traditional Adirondack-style packbasket with cedar runners, white ash handle and adjustable webbing straps. Great for hikes, farmer’s markets, picnic lunches and whatever else you would use a regular backpack for. This basket is made to last and be used. Included is a discussion and demonstration on how the material is harvested and processed.
Join us for a shared practice Thanksgiving morning. This will be a hot class guided by Emma.

All bodies and hearts are welcome to this all-level calm, slow session of guided meditation, gentle yoga asana, and soft stillness. The room will be heated to a warm temp throughout our time together.
Every 3rd Sunday
The chill, regular temperature cousin class of Movement Fusion. This class will weave together self massage, somatic movement, traditional yoga asana, and creative use of props with a sense of inquiry and curiosity to explore and restore. We will focus on the practice of connecting to felt, internal experience of breath and movement rather than aesthetic.

Embrace the darkness and stillness of the colder seasons with a monthly restorative yoga class by candlelight. This practice will hold lots of space for breath work, meditation, and gentle movement to calm and relax the nervous system and prepare for the week ahead.

This class is available to all-levels and will offer strategies for home practice and getting on the mat, detailed instruction to help you access the poses in a supported manner to promote an authentic connection to your body and the practice of yoga. Through increased awareness and valuable insights distilled from yoga philosophy, we will develop our capacity to become more of who we are and feel more authentically into our purpose for being on the planet.

No inversion or balancing experience needed; yoga experience helpful In these exploratory workshop style sessions we will break poses into families to help us understand how to better access them and work them into our practice. We will include crow and variations, flying scissors, eight angle, inversions and more.
This workshop will break down the elements of balance and introduce you to creative, fun exercises to improve your balance so that you can feel more steady in your yoga practice and more confident going about your day-to-day. We can’t promise that you’ll never again fall out of tree pose, but you’ll learn easy tools you can use at home to train balance so that you can feel less wobbly in yoga class–and more stable the other 23 hours of the day.
Barre is a fierce and efficient total body workout that uses endurance-building movements, heart-pumping cardio bursts, and enrapturing music and rhythm to build a dynamic and engaging class. This class is low impact, beginner-friendly, and accessible for all ages.

This day-long retreat is an invitation to come back to yourself. To ground your energy so you can even more fully relish in the delight of summer.

Participants will come away knowing how to fix a flat tire, adjust brakes and shifting, and know how to use adjustments on the seat and handlebar to get the proper fit. Other topics may include removing and replacing wheels with correct alignment and torque, how to straighten handlebars, how to lubricate the chain, and any other questions participants come with. Participants are encouraged to bring their bike so they can practice on it as we go along.
A small-group guided practice (6 participants max) that invites intimacy with our personal mortality, relationship with self and life, and nourishment of our perspective of death and dying. The ceremony asks participants to deliberately and bravely turn towards that which our society often turns away from.
we'll offer thanks to the past year of water rabbit and welcome our heart imaginations into the year of the green wood dragon.
Sangha this evening will include warm asana and guided meditation, as well as some special lunar new years activities after class: tangerine meditation and oracle readings.

This class will guide you through a series of somatic movement experiences with a focus on our capacity for connection. The intent of the class is two-fold. One, to invite you into a present-moment experience that can enhance how you experience your body and the world around you. Two, to give you an introduction to some things that you could incorporate into your personal self-care practice.
For this special class to honor the turning of the Gregorian New Year, we'll move slowly and thoughtfully through sequences of yoga asanas and guided meditations together as a beloved community. We'll dwell in busynessless - taking refuge in the present moment, letting go of worrying about the past and future. All are welcome!
