Prenatal Yoga Poses to help prepare the body for labor and delivery
Discover some of the best poses to get your body ready for labor, including getting baby into optimal fetal positioning. Learn about different breathing techniques and how to mentally prepare for labor, delivery and baby.
Prenatal Yoga and Essential Oils
Addressing common symptoms during pregnancy and the poses and oils to safe and effectively use to help relieve those symptoms. This 90 minute class will guide you through a gentle yoga flow while incorporating essential oils in the postures.
Come learn how to make your own shoes from raw materials! We will make a pair of beautiful leather "barefoot" or "minimalist" sneakers, from start (tracing our feet) to finish (wearing them home). Choose your color (or color combination), personalize your shoes, meet new people and unplug in a creative and relaxed environment.
Copper Cannon Distillery and Mudita Massage & Wellness are teaming up to offer yoga in Keene, NH on April 27th from 10:30-11:30 am followed by a rum tasting and french toast brunch!
Class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

In this 2 hour class, Aaron & Kat will guide you through basic massage techniques and help you to demystify how to massage your partner.
Your partner doesn't have to be a romantic one! Bring your sweetie, your bestie, your brother, your mom or whoever else you want to give a little extra love to!
What's included: 2 hours of instruction, class materials for home reference, a small bottle of doTERRA's massage blend essential oil, local cheese & chocolate.
What you need to bring: yourself & a partner to work with, comfortable clothes (we will be working on the floor most of the time), water bottle (which you can fill here), and any beer or wine you wish to treat yourself to!

The program outline:
Week 1) a focus on what a healthy diet really looks like, and support through a 5 week metabolic reset to help stabilize blood sugar regulation and support healthy body function. Week 2) Learn about healthy digestion, the role it plays in overall health, and tools to improve digestion (like eliminating bloating, gas, constipation, heart burn, etc.)
Week 3) Learning about blood sugar regulation and how to stabilize it throughout the day, improve sleep, reduce sugar cravings, and wake up with more energy.
Week 4) Learning about healthy fats and why they're essential for overall health, especially hormonal health, vitamin absorption and energy levels.
Week 5) Reflection on the last 5 weeks, and learning about supplementation

Jill McLean, RPYT, will lead you in a 1 hour prenatal yoga class. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or have never taken a class, this introductory class will help to guide you in a yoga practice for your changing body.
This class will also serve as an information/question session for a 3 class workshop series in May, each on a different theme.
