Your partner doesn't have to be a romantic one! Bring your sweetie, your bestie, your brother, your mom or whoever else you want to give a little extra love to!

What's included: 2 hours of instruction, class materials for home reference, a small bottle of doTERRA's massage blend essential oil, local cheese & chocolate.

What you need to bring: yourself & a partner to work with, comfortable clothes (we will be working on the floor most of the time), water bottle (which you can fill here), and any beer or wine you wish to treat yourself to!

The program outline:

Week 1) a focus on what a healthy diet really looks like, and support through a 5 week metabolic reset to help stabilize blood sugar regulation and support healthy body function. Week 2) Learn about healthy digestion, the role it plays in overall health, and tools to improve digestion (like eliminating bloating, gas, constipation, heart burn, etc.)
Week 3) Learning about blood sugar regulation and how to stabilize it throughout the day, improve sleep, reduce sugar cravings, and wake up with more energy.
Week 4) Learning about healthy fats and why they're essential for overall health, especially hormonal health, vitamin absorption and energy levels.
Week 5) Reflection on the last 5 weeks, and learning about supplementation

"I'd like to do yoga but I don't know what I'm doing and/or I'll look silly" 

"Yoga is hard and/or I'm not flexible enough for that!" 

Join us for a preview class of the upcoming 4 week series on Saturday January, 26th 2019.

- which post (run/ride) stretches are worth your time and effort (especially if you're short on time.)
- how to train your lungs for increased aerobic capacity. 
- a few techniques for boosting your recovery between training efforts.

Clean out your closets, clean out your cupboards, clean out your bookshelves and SWAP IT UP!

Mudita is hosting our first stuff swap because it's better for the environment (and more fun for you!) to swap & thrift than to buy brand new (when you can).

Items should be in GOOD condition; think about things that you yourself would feel good taking home & using.

Items that are acceptable: clothes, books, housewares, small tools, small furniture, footwear, pet items, unused linens, sporting goods, bags, art supplies

Items that are unacceptable: clothing/footwear with holes and rips, undergarments, huge items, items from smoking households

Please plan to bring your "stuff" between 1 & 2pm on the 19th so we can sort & arrange for easy "shopping."

Entrance fee is $5 to be donated to a local shelter TBD. All untaken items will be donated to local thrift stores and shelters or disposed of accordingly.
