Set to a fabulous soundtrack, this class aims to highlight commonalities found in a range of physical disciplines, blending them to create unique sequencing.

Class will often feature a “stacking” of postures where students can expect to revisit shapes several times in a sequence to explore postures.

By infusing our yogic practice with elements of martial arts movement and highlighting bodily expression from various perspectives, we hope to explore new ways of growing our physical and mental strength, flexibility, and balance.
