Lunar New Year Liberation with Sara

Feeling grateful to hold a distinct class on the holiday that feels most significant to me and my ancestors. the lunar new year always begins on the second new moon after the winter solstice, so we'll gather ourselves together on Sat, Feb. 10 evening, which is the date of this new moon in asia. 

We'll offer thanks to the past year of water rabbit and welcome our heart imaginations into the year of the green wood dragon. 

Sangha this evening will include warm asana and guided meditation, as well as some special lunar new years activities after class: tangerine meditation and oracle readings. 

May we befriend our bodies and flow sacredly in the continuation of our many loving ancestors whom hold and support us.
