Every 4th Sunday
All are welcome to this body-centered, snail-paced, and warm evening yoga session. Newcomers are encouraged to come, as well as anyone looking for community yoga time. We'll move slowly through simple asanas with the values of mindfulness, joy, and ease. The temps will be a little lower than our usual hot class so you can simultaneously receive care from the practice and soak in the warmth!
