Navigating Your Nervous System weaves together awareness of breath with self massage and yoga asana. Class will provide students with an opportunity to check in with their state of being (nervous system) and direct them through movement alongside self massage with therapy balls to effectively decrease muscle tension and stress. Simple breathing techniques will be guided to ease students in to calm.
By throupling embodiment of breath, self massage, and light movement, students will come away with practices for checking-in, addressing physical discomforts, and self-calming.
Class will be led by Kat Wood, licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor, and owner of Mudita Massage & Wellness.
