Over the course of this 4 week series, you'll learn:
- how to incorporate yoga into your training schedule.
- a short yoga warm up that doesn't require a mat (so you'll never have an excuse not to warm up ever again!)
- which post (run/ride) stretches are worth your time and effort (especially if you're short on time.)
- how to train your lungs for increased aerobic capacity.
- a few techniques for boosting your recovery between training efforts.
Kick off your 2019 training on the right foot (or the left if that's your jam!)
