Yoga for Runners & Cyclists Preview Class

If you've ever uttered any of the following statements, then oh boy do we have a class for you!

"I know I should stretch but I just don't have the time" 

"I'd like to do yoga but I don't know what I'm doing and/or I'll look silly" 

"Yoga is hard and/or I'm not flexible enough for that!" 

Join us for a preview class of the upcoming 4 week series on Saturday January, 26th 2019. 

Dates of 4 week series are as follows:
February 10th 
1-2:15pm - Runners
2:45-4pm- Cyclists

February 17th 
1-2:15pm - Runners

February 24th

March 3rd

Over the course of this 4 week series, you'll learn: 

- how to incorporate yoga into your training schedule. 
- a short yoga warm up that doesn't require a mat (so you'll never have an excuse not to warm up ever again!)
- which post (run/ride) stretches are worth your time and effort (especially if you're short on time.)
- how to train your lungs for increased aerobic capacity. 
- a few techniques for boosting your recovery between training efforts. 

Kick off your 2019 training on the right foot (or the left if that's your jam!)
