Join Emily Alexander, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, in her 5 Week "Spring Into Health" Nutrition Series. The series will include: a deep understanding of what healthy nutrition really means, tools to improve digestion, my support through a metabolic reset to help stabilize blood sugar regulation and energy, and access to a community of like-minded people to support and encourage you along the way!

The program outline:

Week 1) a focus on what a healthy diet really looks like, and support through a 5 week metabolic reset to help stabilize blood sugar regulation and support healthy body function. Week 2) Learn about healthy digestion, the role it plays in overall health, and tools to improve digestion (like eliminating bloating, gas, constipation, heart burn, etc.)
Week 3) Learning about blood sugar regulation and how to stabilize it throughout the day, improve sleep, reduce sugar cravings, and wake up with more energy.
Week 4) Learning about healthy fats and why they're essential for overall health, especially hormonal health, vitamin absorption and energy levels.
Week 5) Reflection on the last 5 weeks, and learning about supplementation
