Jill McLean, RPYT, will lead you in a 1 hour prenatal yoga class. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or have never taken a class, this introductory class will help to guide you in a yoga practice for your changing body. 
This class will also serve as an information/question session for a 3 class workshop series in May, each on a different theme.
