This class is an opportunity to bring awareness and alignment to your life through mindful movement and breathing. Poses and sequences are gentle to moderate to build strength and flexibility. This practice is for all experience levels.
A special focus will be placed on meditation, breathing and bringing our yoga to our lives off the mat. Class themes can be explored individually with guidance from a weekly take home sheet. The class is 75 minutes in length with an additional 15 minutes for discussion, connection and questions.
