Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions are a valuable tool in establishing, developing, or returning to your practice. Private sessions can be wonderful if you feel intimidated at the thought of attending a group class, have specific goals that you want 1:1 guidance in working toward, just getting to know the practice,
or are returning to practice after an injury.
