Mindful Mobility

Thursdays // 6:30am - 7:30am // All-levels

This class focuses on compassionate exploration within different postures and therapeutic exercises with the goal of increasing strength and mobility throughout the entire body. 

Students can expect to start the class with breath work and a centering practice before transitioning into movement and ending with relaxation. Each week will be a different blend of balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to help you build a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit. 

This class welcomes everyone exactly as you are, regardless of your yoga experience! 

Come prepared to listen to your body. Whether you are seeking a challenging or gentle practice, this class is a wonderful way kick off your morning on a positive note!
