Come as you are! A Variety of yoga forms and flows are offered, providing choice to support your body and needs without the use of correction or physical assists. Each class will focus on conscious breath work and learning to move in our bodies with patience and compassion. This class provides a space where you can transition from your busy life to a space where you can connect fully with your breath and experience your present moment.
