Strengthen / Stretch / Roll


A 6-week, head-to-toe, online course designed to help you gain body literacy and balance. Each week we will focus on a different segment of the body. You will learn how to strengthen, stretch, and roll each segment. This will be a live class with access to video replay.

Mondays @ 6pm // July 27th-August 31st

Lead by Kat Wood, LMT/Yoga Teacher

$155 per person, includes your own $35 set of massage balls - Register by July 15th

$120 per person, includes a borrowed set of massage balls - Register after July 15th

Note: ball order pick up will be at Mudita, unless you live elsewhere and would like us to ship them to you!

  2. Knees / Quads / Hamstrings

  3. Hips / Glutes / Pelvic Funnel

  4. Back / Abdomen / Ribcage

  5. Shoulders / Arms / Hands

  6. Neck / Jaw / Face
