A 6-week, head-to-toe, online course designed to help you gain body literacy and balance. Each week we will focus on a different segment of the body. You will learn how to strengthen, stretch, and roll each segment. This will be a live class with access to video replay.

$155 per person, includes your own $35 set of massage balls - Register by July 15th
