This day-long retreat is an invitation to come back to yourself—an opportunity to slow down and connect with your body as we hunker down through the final weeks of winter.
Late winter is a time of stillness and quiet, when the earth rests beneath layers of snow and cold. It’s a time for renewal, to pause, and to gather our energy for the coming change of season.
In this retreat, we’ll focus on understanding and befriending your breath. We’ll allow ourselves to move through the day with slow simplicity.
What’s included:
5 hours of guided practices
Set of therapy balls for self-massage
Recorded breathing practice to support your ongoing connection to breath
Retreat shirt
Nourishing, catered lunch
Guided by Kat Wood, LMT, yoga teacher, and Structural Integrator in-training.
Walking Meditation led by Sara Henry, LMT, yoga teacher, and Plum Village mindfulness teacher
The day will be slow, gentle, and restorative.
