4-Class Barre Series
Barre is a fierce and efficient total body workout that uses endurance-building movements, heart-pumping cardio bursts, and enrapturing music and rhythm to build a dynamic and engaging class. This class is low impact, beginner-friendly, and accessible for all ages. (Heads up, though: “beginner-friendly and accessible" doesn’t mean "easy”! Expect to be challenged and to sweat!)
This series will be guided by Jennie Cohen, who we are very excited to have as a guest teacher!
Jennie Cohen, E-RYT 500, started teaching yoga in New York City in 2006. As a YogaWorks teacher trainer, she's taught aspiring teachers, experienced teachers, and movement enthusiasts all over the globe.
When the pandemic landed us all at home, Jennie’s enthusiasm for barre’s groove led her to a Barre Eclipse teacher training and she’s been sharing this fiery movement modality ever since.
Jennie's barre classes offer a fierce and efficient total-body workout. They combine endurance-building sequences, heart-pumping cardio bursts, and enrapturing music and rhythm to build a dynamic and engaging class.
(Oh, and you’ll find none of that toxic body image nonsense that infuses so many barre scenes…)
