Welcome the morning and week with this simple and appropriately challenging class designed to meet you on your mat and in your body. James will guide you through a varied series of breathing exercises and foundational poses which focus on balance, strength and range of motion leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. James provides clear instruction (and sometimes humor) as you move through our practice connecting mind and body.
