For everyone's safety and to be in compliance with NH State Guidelines, we have made a few changes. Here's what you can expect when booking and attending your appointment:

  • Our available booking hours are set at specific times to allow for cleaning/laundry

  • Book your appointment online, when possible

  • Make sure you’ve completed your intake form online prior to your appointment (this is for new and existing clients)

  • Please respond to your 24hr appointment reminder confirming you are not experiencing symptoms or that you are and need to reschedule 

  • Masks are required for therapist and client

    • Please bring your own mask to help us reduce our costs

    • If you forget a mask, we will provide one for you

    • Alternative mask options for laying face down will be provided for your comfort and safety

  • Please wait in your car or outside until the time of your appointment

    • We will text/call you when you are able to come in

  • Sanitize your hands upon arrival + exit

  • Prolonged conversations, hugs, handshakes etc. will be discouraged at this time

  • If possible, pay ahead of time online or through Venmo

    • Payment through the Venmo app is preferred over credit card as we are not charged. Our Venmo is @Mudita-Massage

    • We are, of course, happy to still process your credit card

    • Cash is still king!
