Mid-week all levels vinyasa flow helping you connect body with breath and come home to yourself.  Let yourself be surrounded by soothing beats while you experience a creative and eclectic flow each week to discover new ways to breathe and move, learn to listen to, accept and nurture mind, body and spirit.  

Arrive early for a guided meditation from 5:30-5:45.
