Hot Mat Pilates: A Six-Week Series with Guest Teacher Kelley Cady

Hot Mat Pilates is a heated, mat-based Pilates class that incorporates small props and core-focused movement. Taught by Kelley Cady using the Polestar Pilates approach, the class emphasizes movement quality over repetition, helping you build greater awareness and control of how to move your body in everyday life.

Expect a thoughtful mix of functional strength, stability, balance, and mobility work to improve posture, refine alignment, and deepen your connection between body and breath. This whole-health workout blends traditional Pilates principles with modern techniques, anatomy, and natural movement to support better muscular function and overall quality of life. Each class will challenge you a little more while staying controlled and thoughtful.

Kelley Cady is the owner of Thrive Pilates Center in Keene, New Hampshire. Originally from Dalton, MA, she moved to New Hampshire in 2017 with her husband, Joel, where she establsihed her own practice. Kelley’s career in health and movement began in college, where she discovered her lifelong passion for helping people move more, feel better and stay active for life. When she’s not teaching or training, you can find her outdoors hiking, biking, running, and enjoying the beautiful trails of New Hampshire.

Kelley holds a degree in Movement Science, Health, and Sport Studies. She is a comprehensively certified Polestar® Pilates teacher and a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through the NPCP. She is also a Human Movement Specialist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Runity Painless Running Coach, Wellcoaches Health & Well-being Coach, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Kelley has continued to expand her expertise through advanced training in biomechanics, functional anatomy, holistic wellness, and non-diet nutrition counseling—all of which have shaped her vision in founding Thrive Pilates Center.

This is a 6 week series: Fridays 12:00p-12:50p in June & July: 6/26, 7/3, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31
