Ease into the early morning and settle your mind, body, heart and spirit. Ground into your breath with a gentle opening vinyasa. Play and engage with your whole self as you connect to the present moment. The heart of our practice together will be a series of meditative vinyasas centered around chakra-balancing postures to clear your mind and set your pace for the rest of the week.
